FAQ's and Other Facts What type of payments will you take? I prefer payments through paypal.  You may use paypal to pay with a credit card.  If you wish to pay with a check or a money order, please contact me.  With a check or money order payment, I will expect receipt within one week and I may wait for the check to clear before shipping.   How do you base the international shipping? Shipping on international items will be billed separate and at the actual rate.  I will have to check with the post office to obtain rates.   What if I overpay what it costs you to ship my order?  If domestic shipping is less than my actual cost, I will refund the difference.  Multiple items may be shipped together for the same rate.    How will my products arrive? Tea cozies are light weight, but I do not like to wrinkle and mush them up.  No one wants to receive a package that has wet contents, or damaged goods.  I wrap and protect orders to the best of my ability.  I will place items in plastic, or at least bubble wrap them, prior to shipping.    I can not be responsible for damages caused by mail carriers or other delivery services.    Wool products and bits and pieces of organic prairie left behind---- In all of my wool products, I strive to remove as much or organic bits and pieces left behind from the prairie, or what the wool industry calls vegetable matter.  When I purchase wool directly from the farmer, I do not chemically process the wool, and inevitably there will be some remaining prairie bits.
