One ply of home dyed homespun yarn is plied with a commercially manufactured polyester eyelash yarn. There are approximately 60 yard on this hank. The colors are mostly mauve and vary from color intensity, varying from beige to dark mauve. The homespun yarn is 98% wool and 2% recycled plastic bottles. Yes, I did mean recycled plastic bottles. You can spin most anything!
This uplifting yarn would make a fantastic border on knitted or crocheted projects. Approximately 11wpi. |
